Resources from the City and County of Los Angeles

An established dedicated hotline for Angelenos who need help retrieving pets inside the evacuation area. Residents can call 213-270-8155 to answer key questions about their pet, its possible location, and its needs. LA Animal Services and LAPD will then notify individuals once they have visited the property.

Disaster Recovery Center — a one-stop, in-person information and resource center that has already provided assistance to more than 140 households impacted by the wildfire. The Disaster Recovery Center will remain open seven days a week from 9 AM – 8 PM to meet Angelenos’ needs. Learn more at lacity.gov.
Latest Update from Catholic Schools
Catholic schools are following all local evacuation orders in impacted areas. Schools impacted by power outages and unhealthy air quality will close for the day. All other schools will remain vigilant and keep students and staff indoors depending on the air quality and wind situation. (View list of closures here.)
